I have always been the “why” kid. I was always curious and wanted to learn about how things work and how people think.

I have a unique background. I have had the opportunity to work in start-ups, agencies, and large corporations including Boeing, Nordstrom, and Microsoft.

I have a BFA from the University of Washington in visual communication design. I took that BFA and flew to the New York City. There I learned different design philosophies, business strategies, brand strategies, and financial influence to not just business but also the business of design.

I have over 13 years of experience as a designer. I specialize in creating user-centered emotive designs by doing user research, user testing, content analysis and using UX tools such as wireframing. information architecture, and prototypes.

I have lead teams in success for Time to Market (TtM), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Customer Effort Score (CES).
